New combi boiler in a Victorian terrace

The homeowners had an ageing back boiler that finally gave up in the middle of winter. We converted them to a modern A-rated combi, relocated it to the utility room to free up the airing cupboard, and completed the swap in a single day so they were never without heating or hot water overnight.
